How long is your turnaround time?

-Turnaround time varies and is posted on the top of the screen on the homepage. Remember, all items are made to order!

Do you take rush orders?

I can on some items, but badge reels require time to cure, so they can not be rushed. Please send me a message if there is something specific you are needing rushed as I may already have one ready to ship.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes, and I LOVE doing them. If there is a special request, please email me at bethanieshappyplace@gmail.com or fill out the contact form on the bottom of the home page. 

Where do you ship from?

I am in Clarksville, TN.

Do you have a warranty on badge reels?

I do offer a 2 week warranty on all badge reels from the date of delivery. If it is to break during this time frame, please contact me for a replacement. But as always, if there is anything else I can help you with regarding your order, just send me a message!

Are your badge reels easy to clean?

Yes! They are made with epoxy resin and alcohol wipes can be used without causing any damage to the surface.
